Open houses are a great way to see all kinds of homes for sale no matter what stage of the buying process you are in. But it is not always that easy to find them. And if you don't know where you are headed, you can waste a lot of time and gas driving around streets looking for directional signs. So we developed two new tools on PruCarolinas.com and PruYSU.com to help buyers find open houses more easily.
First is "My Open House Itinerary". To use this search from the home page for houses in the city and price range you are looking for then click the open house filter button and Go. A bunch of open houses are returned in the results but you probably only want to go to the couple that you like. So click the Add to My Open House Itinerary button on the ones you want to save and then hit Print My Open House Itinerary on the bottom of the screen. Voila....a print out pops up with only the 3 open houses you wanted to see complete with address, directions and the agent's information!
Maybe you aren't sure what kind of houses you want to see and you just want to see what is open this weekend, kind of like browsing in the newspaper. For you, we have developed a Print this week's open houses link on our home page.
